and a pre-session

to fit your wish and travelling constraints the best. A « Warm-Up & Refresh » pre-session might welcome the more enthusiastic practitioners on Friday afternoon already. And for those who might stay on Sunday after lunch, we keep an afternoon session for individual coaching, corrections, and fine tuning. This way, allowing the long distance travellers to get home in the best conditions.

Note : we are still seeking for a room on Friday, where to welcome a session for refreshing the basic mouvements. Alternatively, we might also organise a hiking journey, with Lu Jong, Tsa Lung and refresh of Tog Chöd movements outdoor. Organisation of this session might vary based on registrations and hall availability.
